Dark Chocolate Cookies & Cream Oreo Bonbons

Who doesn`t love cookies and cream? Oreo flavors are one of the most popular and part of many people`s childhood.  We have taken it to the next level by creating a bonbon with Callebaut Belgian 811 chocolate (54%) and creating a marshmallow/vanilla white chocolate genache with real Oreo pieces.  It is topped off with white chocolate drizzle and more Oreo pieces.  There are 9 bonbons to an order.
