Mexican Hot Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies

Our Mexican hot chocolate cookie is the perfect blend between sweet and spicy.  The blend of cinnamon and ancho chili give the chocolate a nice warmth. The marshmallow gives it a sweet creaminess to balance the flavors.  This is not a real spicy cookie at all, even if you don`t like spicy food you will enjoy this.  Cookies are approximately 4 1/2" wide.
