Lemon Pistachio Cheesecake White Chocolate Genache Top

If you love lemon and pistachio, you will definitely enjoy our "lemon pistachio lasagna".  The crust is a graham cracker with pistachios chopped in it.  Then we have a cream cheese filling with real lemon juice and zest with whipped cream folded in for a light airy texture.  Then we top it with white chocolate genache with pistachio and white chocolate curls to decorate.  This is an 8" by 8" dessert.  No artificial flavors, sweeteners or ingredients.
