6 Mexican Hot Chocolate Bonbons

Our own personal creation.  This bonbon captures the flavors of traditional Mexican hot chocolate.  Belgian dark chocolate casing (54%) with a dark chocolate genache that is spiced with cinnamon, ancho chili and a tiny dash of cayenne and topped off with creamy marshmallow.  These are not spicey, they just have a warm, rich chocolate flavor.  They are truly delicious. 6 to a box.
